36 inmates graduate in Dipolog City jail
The bars of prison jail did not prevent these 36 inmates, aged 19 to 40 years old, to get their school diploma.
Through the Accreditation and Equivalency Test of the Department of Education's (DepEd) Bureau of Alternative Learning System (Bals), these inmates graduated in primary and secondary levels in Dipolog City Jail.
